Founded in 2005,located in Shenzhen City of China,Tyshen Technology is an ISO 9001: 2000-certified manufacturer for mouse,keyboard,headset, power bank besides we also sell other computer products,so we are a one-stop buying "shop" for you.We got two factories,the 1st one is in Shenzhen for economical products,2st one is in Dongguan for High-End Products and Gaming Products.All the products can be made CE, FCC and RoHS compatible according to our clients's need.

We offer one-stop solution for computer gaming products and computer office products.Mouse,Keyboard and headset are our main products.
3 What we offer?
We mainly offer OEM/ODM services for our product, we have 15 years for this. For OEM service, we need MOQ1,000 pcs one model. The product pattern&color,spec,package,master carton can all be customised accordng to your need.

1 How to place an order?
Please send an inquiry to us with your requirements,you can contact us by email,Wechat,WhatsApp or Skype, any way you prefer to.
2 What is the lead time?
A) For products Tyshen branded, when they are goods in stock,we need 3 to 5 working days to deliver the produts after the payment received. If there is no stock for the items you are interested,you may need swicth to other items or wait until the goods avaiable, usually at most it take 40 days. Anyway please contact us for details!
B) For OEM service, usually we need 30 to 45 days to proceed the order.
Here is the flow path: we send you pricelist->Confirm the interested items->Confirm requirements in details&Payment Method-> Send PI->Make Deposit payment&Sart artwork design-> Lauch the order after deposit payment received-> Make product golden sample before mass-production and prepare artwork sample before mass-printing-> Wait for productoin schedule to lauch productoin-> Goods Finished-> We send you pics for goods ready in stock-> Arrange quality inspection if you need-> Make balance payment-> Arrange shipment, by sea or by air
3 What is the payment method?
T/T Bank Transfer,LC,Western Union are all ok to us.For small order with amount about 100usd or even less, Paypal is suggested.
4 What is the defective rate?
The defective rate is 0.2%.Due to strict quality control rules,all of our products are inspected for 4 times by QC staff before delivery. The first time for raw material, second time for finished products, third for products appearance and fourth for function. Besides, for the bulk order, 0.3% spare parts are offered free of charge to ensure you will not got any loss for any possilbe defective product.
5 How to ship goods?
A)For samples,usually the samples will be sent by air express(DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT),or we can deliver the samples to your apponinted warehouse or agent,all ok to us.
B) For bulk order,usually we ship the goods by sea.
6 What is the trade terms?
Ex Work(Factory Price),FCA,FOB(Shenzhen Port or other ports),CIF all ok to us.For products with Tyshen LOGO,usually the price is for factory price,the final price will be determined by the qty you order,anyway we can negotiate for it.
7 Do you have any client famous in the filed?
Yes,rapoo/H-P/ASUS/GIGABYTE/STAPLES are all our clients, further more, ELECOM(Japan),SANWA(Japan), COCA-COLA, BANDA(Japan), ERC(Ukraine),Art-Dom(Poland) are all cooperating with us.
8 Have you attend any soucing fair?
Yes,we have been attending Hongkong Electronics Fair since 2016,every year two times.
9 What other service do you offer relating to the order?
A) Artwrok Design, for OEM order, if you do not have an art worker, we can make the artwork design for you free of charge.
B) Goods consolidaton for loading,when you are buying products from several different supplier,we can help consolidating the goods in one place and ship them by LCL or FCL.
C) Be your sourcing agent in China,if you wanna to source a lot of products and ship them to you,but that takes lots of time and energy.No worry,we can be your partner.We can do the sourcing work according to your need, and make inspection for you with officially inspection report offered.
