1 How to place an order?
Please send an inquiry to us with your requirements,you can contact us by email,Wechat,WhatsApp or Skype, any way you prefer to.

2 What is the lead time?
   For OEM service, usually we need 30 to 45 days to proceed the order.
Here is the flow path: we send you pricelist->Confirm the interested items->Confirm requirements in details&Payment Method-> Send PI->Make Deposit payment&Sart artwork design-> Lauch the order after deposit payment received-> Make product golden sample before mass-production and prepare artwork sample before mass-printing-> Wait for productoin schedule to lauch productoin-> Goods Finished-> We send you pics for goods ready in stock-> Arrange quality inspection if you need-> Make balance payment-> Arrange shipment, by sea or by air

3 What is the payment method?
T/T Bank Transfer,LC,Western Union are all ok to us.For small order with amount about 100usd or even less, Paypal is suggested.

4 What is the defective rate?
The defective rate is 0.2%.Due to strict quality control rules,all of our products are inspected for 4 times by QC staff before delivery. The first time for raw material, second time for finished products, third for products appearance and fourth for function. Besides, for the bulk order, 0.3% spare parts are offered free of charge to ensure you will not got any loss for any possilbe defective product.

5 How to ship goods?
A)For samples,usually the samples will be sent by air express(DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT),or we can deliver the samples to your apponinted warehouse or agent,all ok to us.
B) For bulk order,usually we ship the goods by sea.

6 What is the trade terms?
Ex Work(Factory Price),FCA,FOB(Shenzhen Port or other ports),CIF all ok to us.For products with Tyshen LOGO,usually the price is for factory price,the final price will be determined by the qty you order,anyway we can negotiate for it.


7 Do you have any client famous in the filed?
Yes,rapoo/H-P/ASUS/GIGABYTE/STAPLES are all our clients, further more, ELECOM(Japan),SANWA(Japan), COCA-COLA, BANDA(Japan), ERC(Ukraine),Art-Dom(Poland) are all cooperating with us.

Yes,we have been attending Hongkong Electronics Fair since 2016,every year two times.

A) Artwrok Design, for OEM order, if you do not have an art worker, we can make the artwork design for you free of charge.
B) Goods consolidaton for loading,when you are buying products from several different supplier,we can help consolidating the goods in one place and ship them by LCL or FCL.
C) Be your sourcing agent in China,if you wanna to source a lot of products and ship them to you,but that takes lots of time and energy.No worry,we can be your partner.We can do the sourcing work according to your need, and make inspection for you with officially inspection report offered.
