1 Product Characteristics:

1. This handle is compatible with PS4 and PS3 hosts.
2. Using high-performance wireless connection technology, it can provide reliable signals with no delay and no drop-off within 8 meters. It has strong anti-interference and is not affected by other wireless devices. Driver-free, automatic connection, no cumbersome code process.
3. Built-in rechargeable lithium battery, the handle has the functions of charging display lamp and low voltage display lamp.
4. Built-in LED color lamp, the handle has the function of color LED light bar indicating player's handle channel, and different handle is indicated by different color LED.
5. Built-in left-right asymmetric motor, supporting dual-motor dual-vibration function.
6. The handle supports touch panel and panel button functions.
7. Built-in 3D acceleration sensor and G gyroscope sensor, with six-axis induction function.
8. The speaker and 3.5mm headphone jack are equipped to output the audio signal of the game through the speaker and headphone of the handle. The AXU extension port is reserved for reserve.

2. Product Use
1. Connect to P4 host
1) After the P4 host starts to enter the interface, insert the data line into the host's USB port, connect the handle to the data line, then press the small house menu key at the handle end, the handle LED light will flash, when the single color LED on the handle is always bright, indicating that the connection is successful. Then unplug the data line. The handle is automatically connected back to the host.
2) Handle color LED indicator status description: display player status, press the small house key, LED light bar will light in order of blue, red, green and pink, configure the controllers, as player login order identification.
3) Up to four wireless handles can be used simultaneously. The number of devices that can be connected at the same time varies from device to device.
4) When the P4 wireless handle cannot be matched with the host, the maximum number of wireless devices that can be matched by the host has been exceeded. Please cancel the registration of unnecessary devices from the list of matched devices. In P4 host selection (settings)> [peripheral devices]> [wireless devices], select the device that you want to cancel the registration, press OPTIONS key, and then select [delete devices]. It can follow the picture to operate.
2. Connect PC
1) Connect the handle to the USB port of the PC through the USB data line, when the cable handle is used.
2) PC terminal does not support six-axis induction and vibration function. When connecting to PC, PS4 driver of PC terminal should be installed.
3. Connect to PS3 host
1) Connect the handle to the USB port of PS3 through the USB data line, when the cable handle is used.
2) The PS3 terminal does not support six-axis induction and vibration function, nor does it support the menu key function of the PS3 terminal.

1 How to place an order?
Please send an inquiry to us with your requirements,you can contact us by email,Wechat,WhatsApp or Skype, any way you prefer to.

2 What is the lead time?
A) For products Tyshen branded, when they are goods in stock,we need 3 to 5 working days to deliver the produts after the payment received. If there is no stock for the items you are interested,you may need swicth to other items or wait until the goods avaiable, usually at most it take 40 days. Anyway please contact us for details!

B)  For OEM service, usually we need 30 to 45 days to proceed the order.
Here is the flow path: we send you pricelist->Confirm the interested items->Confirm requirements in details&Payment Method-> Send PI->Make Deposit payment&Sart artwork design-> Lauch the order after deposit payment received-> Make product golden sample before mass-production and prepare artwork sample before mass-printing-> Wait for productoin schedule to lauch productoin-> Goods Finished-> We send you pics for goods ready in stock-> Arrange quality inspection if you need-> Make balance payment-> Arrange shipment, by sea or by air 

3 What is the payment method?
T/T Bank Transfer,LC,Western Union are all ok to us.For small order with amount about 100usd or even less, Paypal is suggested.

4 What is the defective rate?
The defective rate is 0.2%.Due to strict quality control rules,all of our products are inspected for 4 times by QC staff before delivery. The first time for raw material, second time for finished products, third for products appearance and fourth for function. Besides, for the bulk order, 0.3% spare parts are offered free of charge to ensure you will not got any loss for any possilbe defective product.

5 How to ship goods?
A)For samples,usually the samples will be sent by air express(DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT),or we can deliver the samples to your apponinted warehouse or agent,all ok to us.
B) For bulk order,usually we ship the goods by sea.

6 What is the trade terms?
Ex Work(Factory Price),FCA,FOB(Shenzhen Port or other ports),CIF all ok to us.For products with Tyshen LOGO,usually the price is for factory price,the final price will be determined by the qty you order,anyway we can negotiate for it.
